A Medication Aide is hired in a nursing facility to administer medications to patients. 

 

Medication Aide Training (MAT) takes only 4 days for a low price $230.  If you have take the CNA class with us, you will get this class for $200. This includes all of your books and materials.  It does not include the $55 fee to take state exam.

 

After taking the MAT with us, you will take the state exam and then become listed with the North Carolina Board of Nursing Registry after passing the exam.

 

Class Schedule:

Tues and Thurs class (8am-1:30 pm) 8 seats

Feb 2 - Feb 11

 

 

 

 

Why take our MAT?

  • We are a state approved program.
  • Class setting of 10 students per class.
  • We assist with resume and cover letter.

How do I enroll?

  • Fill out an application (access on line or our office)
  • You must pay fee for class, to enroll which holds your seat.
  • Payment plans: deposit of $150 at time of registration and pay $100 or $130 by the 1st day of class (no refunds for payment plans).
  • Payment methods are money order or certified check only.  NO CASH or CHECKS accepted.  Make payable to:  At Heart Home Care.

Requirements:

  • Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
  • Must be CNA and listed on North Carolina Board of Nursing Registry.
